Our participation in the Suzhou Port Intelligent Digitalization Project, involving 3D modeling, has been successfully completed and accepted. Our team's capabilities in high-precision, heavy-duty industrial equipment 3D modeling have earned client recognition. Gantry cranes are key equipment in port loading and unloading operations, and their reliability and operational efficiency directly determine the efficiency of port operations. Due to the complex operating conditions of gantry cranes, they are subjected to repeated braking and alternating loads in each work cycle, resulting in significant impact loads. Therefore, monitoring and management of gantry cranes is a crucial direction for platform development.

The gantry crane model in a digital twin scenario can highly reproduce the crane's shape, materials, texture details, and complex internal structure, achieving high-precision, ultra-fine visualization rendering. The model also supports fully data-driven display of the gantry crane's structure and complex movements, realistically reproducing its location distribution, type, operating environment, and operating status.
