Nanchuan Wastewater Treatment Plant

Focusing on the digital transformation needs of wastewater treatment plants, we provide end-to-end technical services. Based on high-precision 3D modeling and combined with laser point cloud scanning technology, we construct a dedicated digital twin foundation for wastewater treatment plants, covering the full accuracy range of L3 and L4 modeling. For core facilities such as sedimentation tanks, aeration tanks, and filtration systems, we accurately replicate equipment structures and process flows, creating highly realistic 3D scenes. Based on these models, we build 3D visualization and 3D visualization platforms that can integrate water quality monitoring and equipment operation data in real time, dynamically displaying the entire wastewater treatment process. Through digital twin technology, we achieve real-time linkage between virtual scenes and physical facilities, helping wastewater treatment plants optimize operation and maintenance processes, predict equipment failures, and improve treatment efficiency. This provides solid technical support for the digital management of wastewater treatment plants and drives the wastewater treatment industry towards intelligent upgrading.
