Using digital twin technology as the core, combined with 3D simulation capabilities, we assist Renqiu Water Plant in achieving digital upgrades. Addressing the high precision and safety requirements of the water supply industry, we accurately recreate core facilities such as sedimentation tanks, filtration tanks, and pump stations, presenting a detailed 3D representation of the entire water supply process, achieving a 1:1 3D replication of every step from raw water intake to finished water delivery.

Based on this digital twin model, real-time integration of water quality monitoring, equipment operation, and energy consumption data is possible. A visualization platform dynamically displays the water supply process status, supporting equipment fault prediction, process parameter optimization, and emergency drills. This not only improves the operational efficiency and management accuracy of Renqiu Water Plant but also ensures safe and stable water supply, providing reliable technical support for residents' water use and driving the transformation of traditional water plants into modern, intelligent, refined, and efficient water supply facilities.
