Focusing on the digital transformation needs of universities, we provide full-scenario 3D modeling services for universities and colleges, covering core 3D modeling scenarios. We construct a digital twin foundation for universities using high-precision 3D modeling technology, helping to create smart and digital campuses. Addressing the complex spatial layout of university campuses, we accurately recreate core areas such as teaching buildings, libraries, laboratories, and sports venues, clearly presenting building exteriors, internal structures, and pipeline distribution, achieving a 1:1 three-dimensional replica of the campus physical space.

Based on this model, functions such as campus navigation, asset management, and security monitoring can be integrated, enabling visualized campus operation and maintenance management through a university digital twin platform. Faculty and students can quickly obtain spatial information through 3D scenes, while administrators can monitor facility status in real time and optimize resource allocation, effectively improving campus management efficiency and service quality. This service provides digital support for university teaching and research, campus management, and student and faculty services, promoting the upgrade of traditional campuses to intelligent and convenient smart campuses.
